Rivas Painting To Pay Over $112K In Sick Leave Settlement
The Seattle Office of Labor Standards has reached a settlement with Rivas Painting Inc. for multiple violations of the city’s Paid Sick and Safe Time Ordinance, requiring the company to pay a total of $121,022.64 to 43 affected workers and the City of Seattle, and to implement a compliant PSST policy.
