The South Park Community Center in Seattle has been renovated and will reopen next month, featuring modern upgrades, expanded recreational space, and new amenities, as well as a multi-use recreational hub with a synthetic turf playfield, multi-sport court, spray park, upgraded playground areas, walking trail, and off-leash dog park.

Seattle Japanese Garden To Close This Summer For Historic Wall Restoration
The Seattle Japanese Garden will be closed from June 22, 2024 to July 28, 2026 for a major restoration project to replace the deteriorating basalt retaining wall with a new granite wall built in the traditional Japanese Ishigaki style.
