Harrell Proposes $2 Million Bridge Loan To Support Seattle Social Housing Developer
Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell announced a $2 million bridge loan for the Seattle Social Housing Developer, a Public Development Authority, to support their operations and potential property acquisitions until 2026, when revenue from an increase to the Payroll Expense Tax is expected to be available.
