Mariners Return Home For Fireworks And Promotional Giveaways

Summer celebrations return to T-Mobile Park as the Seattle Mariners kick off a seven-game homestand starting Monday, June 30, featuring fireworks, Bark in the Park, and Hello Kitty Night. The homestand includes four games against the Kansas City Royals and three against the Pittsburgh Pirates, offering fans baseball thrills and themed festivities through July 6.

The Mariners are currently 41-39 and in second place in the American League West, sitting 6.5 games behind the first-place Houston Astros. They hold the third wild card position in the American League and will play two games against the Texas Rangers before returning to Seattle for the homestand.

The homestand begins Monday at 6:40 p.m. against the Royals. Italian Heritage Night is sold out, with fans receiving a Mariners-themed Italian Heritage jersey and $2 from each ticket benefiting Festa Italiana. Monday also features Craft Brewery Night with Deschutes and Boneyard Brewing, offering fans 21 and older specially priced tickets and a Mariners golf towel. The game includes a peanut-controlled section for fans with allergies, prostate cancer screenings for men 45 and older courtesy of the Mariners Care Foundation and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, and Mariners Value Game tickets starting at $11. Ben Jero will perform the national anthem, and retired Tacoma Rainiers broadcaster Mike Curto will throw the ceremonial first pitch.

On Tuesday, July 1, the Royals face the Mariners at 6:40 p.m. for Bark in the Park Night, allowing fans to bring their dogs, with $2 from each dog ticket benefiting Pawsitive Alliance or Canine Companions. After the game, dogs and owners can circle the bases. Muralist Henry will create a live painting at the Bloodworks Northwest booth, later auctioned to support the Mariners Care Foundation. Fans in the J-Rod Squad section presented by Adidas will receive a limited-edition T-shirt. Danika Klower will sing the national anthem, and legendary University of Washington golf coach Mary Lou Muflur will throw the first pitch.

Wednesday’s 6:40 p.m. matchup against the Royals features Pokémon GO Night, with fans who purchase the ticket special receiving a Mariners-themed Pokémon GO T-shirt. Ben Fagerstedt from The Voice will perform the national anthem.

The Royals series concludes Thursday, July 3, at 7:10 p.m. with Patriotic Fireworks Night presented by T-Mobile, and Hello Kitty Night, where fans who purchase the special offer will receive a Hello Kitty City Connect Light Up Figurine. The Mariners will also host Graduation Night, celebrating new graduates with specially priced tickets.

The Pirates visit Friday, July 4, for a 1:10 p.m. game featuring a Patriotic Trucker Hat Giveaway for the first 10,000 fans. The J-Rod Squad T-shirt offer continues, and fans can participate in the Bid For Impact Auction in section 128, supporting the Mariners Care Foundation with game-used equipment, autographed items, and unique experiences. WWII veteran Harvey Drahos will throw the ceremonial first pitch.

On Saturday, July 5, at 7:10 p.m., the first 15,000 fans will receive a J.P. Crawford Basketball Jersey. The night also celebrates The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, with specially priced tickets and a Mariners-themed hat available through the ticket special. The Ensign Choir will perform the national anthem.

The homestand concludes Sunday, July 6, against the Pirates at 1:10 p.m. The day includes a pregame Little League Challenger Division game, a Challenger Little League parade, Greek Heritage Day with a Mariners-themed Greek Heritage T-shirt, Firefighter Appreciation Day with a Mariners-themed Firefighter Coin benefiting the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, and Kids Run the Bases after the game. Angelica Salem will perform the national anthem.
