Construction has officially begun on the Tubman Health Center, a 26,000-square-foot facility in Rainier Beach designed to expand access to culturally responsive health care and community wellness services, which is expected to serve 12,000 primary care patients and 16,000 community members through wellness programs and health education initiatives.
