State Fines Two Refineries Over $2.7M for Dangerous Waste Violations
HF Sinclair and Tesoro, two of Washington’s largest refineries, have been fined over $2.7 million for improperly storing dangerous waste, following multiple warnings from the state’s Department of Ecology.
