Monroe’s Emilio Garcia-Angela connected with Matthew Hansen for a touchdown but struggled to gain momentum throughout the game. Despite moments of effort, the Bearcats couldn’t get much traction to overcome Everett’s strong performance on both sides of the ball.

Snohomish Black 39, Mill Creek 20

Mill Creek came up short in a 39-20 loss to Snohomish Black, but the team put up a strong fight with several standout performances. Tony Fletcher led the way with 80 rushing yards, a passing touchdown, and 5 tackles on defense. Kellen Myers had a big game as well, racking up 100 rushing yards and a 74-yard touchdown reception. G. Cervantes added 20 rushing yards, a touchdown, and a PAT run, while Quinn Rowe chipped in another PAT. On defense, Gunner Berlin made his presence felt with 5 tackles, as Mill Creek battled hard from start to finish.
