Lleyton Cross – Roosevelt
Cross delivered a jaw-dropping performance in Roosevelt’s 42–0 win over Garfield, racking up 291 all-purpose yards and four total touchdowns. He had an 88-yard kickoff return TD, two carries for 105 rushing yards, and five receptions for 186 yards and three receiving touchdowns. He was the engine behind Roosevelt’s explosive offense and special teams.
Desmond Parkinson – West Seattle
Parkinson was nearly flawless under center, completing 11 of 14 passes for 250 yards and four touchdowns in a dominant 41–6 win over Franklin. His command of the offense helped the Wildcats move the ball efficiently and put the game away early.
Defensive Player of the Week
Damari King – Rainier Beach
King was instrumental in Rainier Beach’s 34–21 win over Seattle Prep. He tallied a sack, an interception, and 88 rushing yards, including a 59-yard touchdown run on offense. His presence on both sides of the ball helped swing momentum when the game hung in the balance.
Special Teams Player of the Week
Lleyton Cross – Roosevelt
Cross also earns the special teams honor thanks to his game-breaking 88-yard kickoff return touchdown that opened the scoring and turned the tide for Roosevelt in their shutout win over Garfield.
Breakout Performance of the Week
Rece Shewey – Roosevelt
After briefly exiting with an injury, Shewey returned to throw five touchdown passes and pile up 381 passing yards, while also rushing for 64 yards on 13 carries. His resilience and explosive connection with his receivers helped power the Roughriders to victory.
Two-Way Impact Player of the Week
Marshawn Tovia-Ford – Chief Sealth
Tovia-Ford was everywhere in Chief Sealth’s 28–0 win over Lakeside. He carried the ball four times for 111 yards, including a 61-yard touchdown, added a 35-yard pick-six, and recorded a sack. His two-way performance was dominant from start to finish.
Defensive Standout
Timo Sousou – O’Dea
Sousou was a force on defense in O’Dea’s 45–0 rout of Blanchet, registering two sacks and anchoring the Irish defensive line. He also made an impact on offense with a 70-yard touchdown run, showcasing his versatility and physicality.
