Nutrition Tips
Use your favorite seasonings such as garlic powder, chili powder or lemon juice to jazz up these colorful, fun and nutritious sweet potato fries.
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 small sweet potato, cut into 3 inch x 1-inch strips
- 1 tsp canola oil
- Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ยฐF.
- Coat a baking sheet with cooking
spray and set aside. - In a medium bowl, toss sweet potato strips with oil and seasonings.
- Place strips on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
